Bayshore maintains a complete laboratory and auxiliary facilities for all phases of precast concrete testing and inspection. Our batch plant operators and laboratory technicians are certified by the Virginia Highway Department and other state highway agencies after attendance and examination at state sponsored schools for the appropriate subjects. Re-examination is required periodically. Office space and appropriate facilities are also maintained for outside inspection agencies assigned to Bayshore projects.
